Welcome to our 'children and young people' support area where you will have access to the same face to face support that is offered by our team of mentors, who work with children and young people to help them gain an understanding of their feelings and help them to identify and achieve set 'goals'.

Very often it can feel like we don't have any control over how we fell or what we think. Here we try to help make sense of your feelings and give you some advice on how making some simple changes can make a real difference.
