Feelings and emotions are an important part of your life. The way you feel can affect everything you do and how you interact with other people. Sometimes it might seem like the way you feel is controlling what you do and taking over your life.

There are many feelings you can experience, all of which can effect you in different ways. You may be feeling sad, scared or worried, or maybe you feel as if you want to hurt yourself? Maybe someone you love has died and you're confused about the way you feel?
