Feeling and emotions are an important part of your life. The way you feel can affect everything you do and how you interact with other people. Sometimes it might seem like the way you feel is controlling what you do and taking over your life.

There are many feelings you can experience, all of which can effect you in different ways. You may be feeling, anxious and stressed, embarrassed, sad or lonely because you don’t fit in, maybe you want to hurt yourself, or are struggling after someone you love has died. It could be that you have an eating disorder, or that things seem so bad that you think about taking your own life.
